We like to make technology fun and when the work is done you get that ah feeling of making a good decision! I have been supporting Windows for too long and though supporting is good for business, I never stop seeing clients from having a virus, lost data, needing help with something like OUtlook. Really, why did they make it that way? Because it makes a lot of money for a lot of people..... sounds like the oil industry and why we don't all have electric cars!
